We are excited to be working on a fantastic opportunity for a Client Accountant to join a growing Property Management company. This role offers a broad and interesting set of responsibilities with ample scope to add value. As a Client Accountant, you will take hands-on responsibility for client accounting and manage the finances of client monies held on behalf of investors to manage a property portfolio.

Day to Day of the role

  • Provide periodic reporting to clients, including standard reports and additional ones as required.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with clients and ensure the delivery of good client service.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of client reports, including VAT, client statements, etc.
  • Manage and maintain the Service Charge funds of each property under your remit.
  • Manage and maintain the property and tenant (lease) database for all clients under your remit.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client accounting within the property management sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes related to property management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in client reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ideally, experience with TRAMPS management software knowledge or similar


  • Salary range of £25,000 - £30,000.
