Due to their continued success, our client is currently seeking to recruit a Property Claims Handler to strengthen their team in Ipswich. This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Claims Handler or a dedicated individual with a strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction/property repairs.
The successful candidate will be working within a close-knit team, managing building repair claims in accordance with the required service standards, performance targets & regulatory legislation (FSA Compliance).
You will be fully responsible for processing and handling Property Claims in a timely and quality manner, arranging expert investigation and following up reports, monitoring outstanding claims, whilst assisting in the resolution of complaints and ensuring the creation of correct entries.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within Property Claims, with a strong technical knowledge and understanding of the Industry.
However, do to the nature of the role, our client will also consider dedicated candidates that have experience of working in the building trade who are looking to make to a move into an office environment.
Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills to be able to develop and maintain close working relationships with clients whilst promoting customer satisfaction.
IT Skills are imperative
Please be advised some of the training for this role will be based in the Midlands, therefore the successful applicant must be willing to undertake some travel between in Ipswich and Midlands office.
