Are you a Property Claims Handler looking to progress in 2018?

This independent Building Claims Validation specialist, which acts as trusted and respected service provider to the wider insurance industry, are currently on the look out for Insurance Professionals to join their award winning in-house Property Claims team.

The role will see you handling a varied caseload of Property Insurance Claims on a cradle to grave basis. Including; Settling/declining claims under delegated authority, Adhering to customer quality standards and service level agreements, Auditing surveyor reports, Communicating with customers and insurer clients over the telephone, email and in writing, Managing third party companies, such as Building Networks, Drying/Restoration suppliers and flooring suppliers, driving claims to settlement and Updating and creating building repair schedules using our in-house schedule of rates

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer handling and organisation skills as you will be required to manage a case load of property claims efficiently and proactively in line with client specific requirements and service level agreements.
