Property Bookkeeper

My client is a leading property company based in New Southgate. The company is expanding and are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Dealing with all aspects of the purchase and sales ledger
• Posting invoices onto the ledger
• Bank reconciliation
• Trial balance
• Processing payments and expenses
• Allocating payments
• Credit control duties
• Customer Accounts set up
• Liaising with Landlords and tenants

You will need to have at least 3 years experience working with in Property and strong communication skills.
