You should be happy dealing with clients both by telephone and in person, taking on whatever is needed to support your team while learning new skills.
This is a supporting role with a small and progressive property firm in Kensington where you will be expected to make it your own. You won't get bored here and while the team are really busy and demanding they are really lovely to work with - lively and sociable! Ideally seeking a graduate (or A' level candidate) with approx. 6x months similar experience in residential or commercial property, residential block management or law.
Similar experience will include dealing with client enquiries, exposure to a variety of administrative duties and responsibility for managing some of your own tasks. It's a busy office where you'll be working as part of a close-knit team assisting 2/3 property managers with their day-to-day work which will include: taking calls from landlords or occupiers, dealing with maintenance related queries, arranging quotes for small works (leaks and minor electrical issues), insurance, replying to emails etc.
Duties are wide ranging and will include the following:
- Acting as the first point of contact and dealing with queries from property owners, occupiers and contractors
- Dealing with maintenance related enquires, liaising with contractors, placing works orders and arranging repairs
- Logging details of insurance claims and liaising with insurers
- Using property management software as a source of information and keeping this up to date
