This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced bright enthusiastic Administrator to join our client based in Birmingham City Centre. Our client will also consider candidates with strong IT/ admin skills looking to work within the property industry.

Working as part of the administration team you will be involved in the following:

Administration support
Dealing with telephone calls
Liaising with tenants and Landlords
Collating paperwork
Obtaining references for tenants

Skills Required

Excellent admin skills
Knowledge of the lettings process essential
Good IT skills,
Team player and hard worker
Efficient and organised

Hours - Alternating weekly 9am-5pm/ 9.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Location - Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £16-18K + bonus
