Property Administrator

  • Annual Salary: £25,500 pro rata
  • Location: Ipswich
  • Job Type: Part-time, Permanent, 25 hours a week, 5 days in the office.  

We are seeking a Property Administrator to act as the primary interface our clients new and potential tenants. This role requires a professional demeanour, proactive approach, and meticulous attention to detail to handle tenant queries, facilitate seamless transitions, and uphold superior property standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as the initial contact for tenant enquiries through agents, direct website inquiries, or in-person visits.
  • Deliver outstanding service by demonstrating thorough knowledge of our property features and promoting unique benefits.
  • Engage with potential tenants to transform inquiries into active leases.
  • Oversee the administration of property leases, including the coordination of rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Prepare and facilitate the signing of standard lease agreements and licenses.
  • Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content and conduct market research and analyse competitor information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organisational and attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Approachable, proactive, and focused on customer service.
  • Self-driven with the capability to operate both independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficient understanding of social media platforms.
