We are excited to present an amazing graduate-level opportunity for a proactive individual to come on board as an administrator for a property company based in Birmingham! This role is heavily focused on building and maintaining relationships with their extensive client base and supporting the property manager with all administration responsibilities.

Your primary responsibilities with be:

  • Taking all email and telephone enquiries from clients
  • Managing inboxes, diaries and occasionally making travel arrangements
  • Handling high volumes of documents and updating databases
  • Developing ideas to generate new business

This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys building relationships, is great at problem solving and is seeking an opportunity to work within an exciting, supportive environment! Previous administration experience is essential for this role.
