You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Renewals team, often the first point of contact for clients and applicants, responsible for the general office paperwork, answering telephones, and day to day running and support of the department.

Preparing renewal documents to be sent to Landlord & Tenant
General team responsibilities:
Answering telephone, ordering stationery, providing day to day support to the team
Systems & IT competence
Reasonable typing speed, min 40 wpm
Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
