Property Administrator/Brighton/Business Support
Well established business in the Brighton area looking for a new administrator/receptionist
The key responsibilities of a Property Administrator will be;
- Answering and resolving queries via inbound telephone calls and/ or emails.
- Distributing queries to other parts of the business that require a more detailed response
- Building good working relationships with clients, investors, solicitors and customers
- Following up on viewings and applications enquiries
- General administration
The successful property administrator will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Self driven and a quick learner, exceptional organisational skills and previous knowledge of working in this sector.
