Working as part of the branch administration team you will be involved in the following:
- Administration support to the sales and lettings team
- Front of house duties
- Dealing with telephone calls
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Registering applicants details
- Booking valuations
- Working in a small team
- Smart and professional appearance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills
- Property experience desirable
- Team player and hard worker
- Efficient and organised
- Friendly personality
Hours - Full time over Monday to Friday with a day off in the week.
Location - Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £16.5K + bonus (OTE £19.5K)
