An opportunity has arisen within our client's property management department for an administrator who can deliverer high standards of customer service to clients through the efficient, consistent and timely completion of administrative responsibilities.
Your work will include an array of administration support, including some ad-hoc obligations. You will also be responding to various queries by email and managing the inbox.
This role will require you to be organised with the ability to manage routine processes well and meet deadlines.
Professional skills and experience
- Ideally worked in a customer focused business.
- Experience of working in the residential lettings business preferred.
- Experience of dealing with customers particularly on the phone and able to communicate effectively, concisely and clearly.
- IT Literate. Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
