Property Administrator, Luxury Construction, £24-26K

A highly successful luxury construction company, with high profile clients, are looking for an Property Maintenance Coordinator to join their friendly, growing team in their Hammersmith office.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following competencies within any line of work or experience. For example you may have been a Office Manager, PA, Office Assistant, Team Assistant.

Duties will include;

Coordinate contractors to ensure all maintenance issue are resolved

Responding to maintenance issues

Building strong supplier relationships clients


Ordering office supplies

Implementing and improving procedures

Oversea H&S requirements

Booking meetings

Adhoc tasks from Directors

In house training, organising internal events

The successful candidate will have;

- Exceptionally organised; high attention to detail

- Excellent ability to build relationships

- A confident, positive, resilient and proactive problem solver

- Strong communicator; both written and verbally
