Property Administrator / Account Manager
- Exeter (own transport required)
- Salary up to £22,000 per annum
- 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday (flexibility required)
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for someone to join a dynamic business as an administrator, who can also develop into a more client facing position. This is a great opportunity for someone who sees themselves as a real people person with great account management potential, but also someone who has proved themselves as an organised and driven administrator. As the business is at a relatively early stage, this person will be working within a small team, so we are looking for someone proactive, committed and flexible, as sometimes flexibility on hours will be needed.
The company has taken off since its creation and we are very excited to see the business flourishing, to the point where more support is needed. The successful applicant for this vacancy will be the third member within the team to and the company is looking for someone who wants to grow and develop alongside the business.
Tasks will include:
Administrative - Typing, Filing, Telephony, Logistics, Report Writing, Attending Meetings and taking Minutes, Compliance, Invoicing and other general Office Management.
Account Management - Travel, Project Management Assistance, Property Management Assistance, Client Liaison, Budget Monitoring, Contractor Liaison, Tenant Liaison.
Skills and Experience Required:
For this role, the most important thing we are looking for is someone with the right attitude while also being extremely professional and credible when representing the business. Someone who is a real "doer" and a problem solver, as well as being extremely proactive, will be a great fit for this position, as the business clients will demand a high level of customer service. We are also looking for someone who keeps client information highly confidential.
We are looking for someone who has proved themselves within an administrative background, ideally (although not essential) within property who brings a level of organisation and office management skills. We will also require someone who is computer literate and strong with the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
In return, the business will provide full training on the job, with the opportunity to learn and grow within the business, developing into a more client facing role.
