Property Administrator - Property Management Experience
Your role is to be responsible for the management of our client`s portfolio of residential lettings. The job requires a combination of caring customer service skills and the ability to be highly organised and multi task.
Working from their offices near Baker Street your day will include office based admin duties and site inspections/viewings as required. You will deal with Landlords, Tenants, contractors, renewals, their in house accounts team, you name it. This is a real opportunity to develop your skills working for a long established firm of Chartered Surveyors and property professionals, who are keen to develop their small friendly team to their full potential.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 - 18 months` experience in a similar role, and would describe themselves to be: confident, enthusiastic, a team player, tech savvy, good under pressure, flexible, reliable, organised, have a good working ethos and a `new ideas` mentality. They believe that this is how businesses and people grow.
They don`t expect you to be an expert, but you should know your way around an AST, be familiar and up to date with developments in the sector and enjoy talking about property.
They are offering a starting salary in excess of £22,000 with a performance related bonus after a probationary period.
