Property Accounts Manager job, Leeds City Centre, up to £30k plus benefits

Our client is one of the largest independent commercial property advisers and multi-award winning chartered surveyors in the North of the UK . They provide property management services to a range of occupiers, owners and investors across 6 million Sq. Ft of property and 1,360 tenants. Due to an increasing workload they are looking for the job role of Property Accounts Manager to be based at their offices in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Your new role
Working within the team, you will be allocated a portfolio of properties and will be responsible for providing a range of accounting services to the Property Managers and clients. Your responsibilities will include producing client statements, service charge account management including the preparation of year end reconciliations, payment of suppliers invoices and preparation of rent and service charge demands.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in the property sector ideally in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate experience gained working with rent and service charges. You will have good communication skills as you will be liaising regularly with Property Managers and Clients alike. You will be proactive in your approach to work and have excellent communication skills.
