My client are a professional services and investment management firm specialising in real estate. They are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their Greenwich office on a 12 month fixed term contract with good possibilities of becoming permanent.

The ideal candidate will have great customer service and communication skills with a strong admin background. Accounting experience is desirable but not required.

  • Starting of tenancy
  • Tenancy renewals
  • End of tenancy
  • Verifying deposit returns
  • Database management
  • Change of occupancy
  • Residency checks
  • Raising rent demands
  • Processing supplier invoices for approval
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements
  • Responding to general enquires
  • Updating and verifying landlord account details
  • Checking data input
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Scanning
  • Archiving
  • Office post
  • General ad-hoc office duties
