The Property Accountant will be responsible for the provision of accurate and reliable financial information to assist in the effective management of a portfolio of UK commercial property. Specifically this will include; analysis and processing of managing agents reports; issuing and collecting rent and insurance demands; liaising with property managers, solicitors and surveyors for property acquisitions & disposals; dealing with tenant queries; bank reconciliations; updating and maintaining the property database and ad hoc projects & reporting.
This Property Accountant position is very hands-on and offers a wide scope for initiative and good prospects. Property experience is essential to be considered for this role. It would be highly advantageous to have prior experience of using a property database such as Tramps or Bluebox.

This Property Accountant role is paying £30K to £35K plus benefits including study support and free lunch provided daily in the staff canteen.
