My client based in High Wycombe is looking for an experienced Projects Administrator to join their friendly, growing team. You will be a focused enthusiastic individual with ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a team goal of successful project delivery.
- Assisting pre-sales with compiling proposals, supplier pricing, tender returns and presentations using Excel and Power Point presentations.
- Liaising with procurement, ensuring project timesheets, costs, variations and budgets are collated and reported to the management on a regular basis.
- Supporting all project managers with administrative tasks and travel arrangements, supporting divisional directors.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Focused enthusiastic individual with ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a team goal of successful project delivery.
- Strong IT skills, with intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Understanding of project scheduling and Gantt charts beneficial.
- Flexible, adaptable approach to working.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
