Join innogy and lead our Offshore Wind divisions Project Support team based in Swindon and help us shape the future of renewable energy with a pioneering spirit.
You will provide strategic direction in the area of Project Support whilst maintaining and building competence in the areas of Risk Management, Project Scheduling, Project Document Management, Change Control and Project & Line Administration. You will identify, record and implement best practise in all disciplines across Offshore Wind projects globally focusing on continuous improvement.
It will be your responsibility to ensure your team are fully capable of delivering Offshore Wind’s global growth strategy by leading on resource planning and playing a key role in development and implementation.
Skills and Experience
We would like you to have significant knowledge of working on large construction projects ideally Offshore Wind Projects. You will be educated up to degree level and be a proven leader who is able to connect and motivate their teams. You will have a commercial mindset and a keen eye for detail, an ability to understand and solve a diverse range of challenges, have a strong customer focus and a passion and energy for performance.
