Project Support Officer, to start as soon as possible for 3 months initially, based in Central London

Your new company

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a project support officer with strong secretarial and administration experience. Working for a highly reputable London public body, working to support senior management within the energy efficiency team, based in Tower Bridge. These roles are to start as soon as possible and are for 3 months initially.

Your new role

You will be assisting the energy efficiency team with comprehensive project and administrative support.

You will also be responsible for maintaining data spreadsheets, conducting research and supporting with events planning as well as other general admin support such as creating agendas, taking notes and preparing status reports.

This role is key to ensuring that the co-ordination of projects runs smoothly, and to ensure that all stakeholders are kept up to date.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong secretarial and administration background, supporting senior members of staff.
  • Proven Experience of using IT systems including MS Outlook, spreadsheets and databases, with significant experience of excel spreadsheets.
  • Experience of providing project support and evidence of successfully coordinating small projects
