Duties & responsibilities:

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to deliver effective and efficient project management of anticipatory care projects within the Long Term Conditions programme across Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership. Projects are delivered in collaboration with internal/external partners including care homes and the voluntary sector. The role will be delivered in GP practices care homes community teams and voluntary sector partners across Edinburgh with a project office base at the Astley Ainslie Hospital. The role involves building relationships facilitating networks preparing project documents reports and presentations monitoring budgets and presenting data in a meaningful way to drive improvements in anticipatory care.

Key requirements:

Excellent interpersonal organisational and communication skills with the ability to apply diplomatic and tactful approach to dealing with project issues ? able to confidently engage with people at all levels of an organisation. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good time management and decision making skills ? able to meet conflicting demands of several projects. Able to work both as part of a team and on own initiative. Demonstrable project management experience is essential preferably within heath and social care or the voluntary sector.
