Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to run a £72m residential project in Central London!

I am seeking a Senior / Project QS to run a £72m new build residential project in Central London. You will initially be pricing up the project in Stevenage for around a month / 5 weeks and will move to a live site in Central London where you will be expected to see the job through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long term role within an established contractor with a solid pipeline and good client base.

Role: Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Location: Central London

Rate: £350 - £400 p/d for the right candidate

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director and working within the site team

Duties will include -

  • Procurement
  • Variations
  • Valuations
  • Payments
  • Cost-reporting
  • Final accounts
  • Site meetings
