Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor needed for an immediate start to lead a £10m cut and carve project in the City of London.

I urgently require a Project / Senior QS to lead a £10m demolition and rebuild project in the City. The right candidate will come from a commercial background with previous experience working on cut and carve projects and running projects valued up to £15m.

Location: The role will be based in Central London.

Rate: £300-£400 p/d depending on experience

Duties: You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and working within the commercial team

Duties will include -

  • Procurement
  • Variations
  • Valuations
  • Payments
  • Cost-reporting
  • Final accounts
  • Site meetings

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years + experience in the build sector and have worked for a Top 20 contractor / developer.
