Exciting opportunity for a Project / Package Quantity Surveyor to work for a Top Tier main contractor on a £300m commercial office new build in East London
I urgently require a Project / Package QS to work on this project-handling all the preliminary packages e.g. hoardings, tower cranes, hoists, temporary electrics, security and logistics etc handling all the procurement and package management. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Top Tier Main Contractor on a large scale project.
Rate: £250-£350 p/d depending on experience
Duties:You will be reporting into the Senior Surveyor, Commercial Manager and working within the commercial team
Duties will include -
- Final accounts

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience and have worked for a Top 20 contractor with new build commercial or residential experience.
