Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Exciting opportunity for a freelance Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a Top Tier Main Contractor / Developer on a MAJOR RC frame residential scheme valued in excess of £100m in North East London!

I am seeking a Project / Senior QS for an immediate start to work on a major residential scheme in North East London valued at around £100m. This is a long-term freelance position working for a Top Tier Main Contractor / Developer, with the project just coming out of the ground.

Role: Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Location: The role will involve being based in North East London

Rate: £350 - £400 p/d for the right candidate

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Manager and working within the site team

Duties will include -

  • Variations
  • Valuations
  • Payments
  • Cost-reporting
  • Final accounts
  • Site meetings

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have come from a Top 20 main contractor / developer background, preferably with RC Frames / residential projects before and have 3+ years experience.

Projects: Residential

Sectors: Commercial - Build

Values: £100m

Duration: This is a long-term freelance project which is due to run for another 3+ years and there is an opportunity to go temp to perm if desired
