Project Secretary and Document Controller Contract

An established Architectural practice based in Old Street are seeking a Project Secretary and Document Controller to join their team for a contract role. This individual will work closely with the design teams and provide administration support to ensure projects are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a contract role for a duration of at least 2 months, with view to extend.

Key responsibilities:

  • Using document management systems to maintain project files
  • Manage and coordinate drawing issue process
  • Formatting and filing of site photos
  • Updating records including contact directories
  • Production of stage reports using InDesign
  • Typing correspondence and minutes
  • Diary management for team members
  • Booking meetings and travel arrangements

Key skills:

  • Previous experience in document controlling within the architecture field
  • Knowledge of EDMS systems
  • Proficient in InDesign
