In this role you will provide support for the day to day responsibility for small to medium projects, support larger projects / programmes of work and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision. You will develop our business through networking and managing client relationships. Other aspects of your role will include the preparation of budget estimates, cost plans and client reports as well as contract administration including preparation of valuations, forecasts, cost reports and attendance at project meetings. You will deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner to a high standard of quality.
We require candidates with excellent client facing skills, who can manage the relationship with a wide range of stakeholders in a flexible environment. The successful candidate will be able to cope with demanding and changing timeframes and be able to provide support to junior team members.
To be considered for this role you will have experience of acting as Employer's agent, be qualified in construction, quantity surveying, engineering or other RICS accredited degree and will be working towards MRICS or similar. Experience of industry standard forms of contract (NEC / JCT) is important for this role as well as being analytically minded with excellent IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Project would be an advantage).
