Exciting opportunity for a strong and aspiring Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a £30m prestigious residential scheme for a Tier One Developer in South West London!
I urgently require a strong Intermediate QS to work on a multi-phase residential scheme in South West London. Ideally you'd be very strong on procurmement, have delt with procuring and managing a facades package and also have previous experience working on a project for it's full life-cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a Tier One Developer on a project with a great duration and a solid pipeline of work.
Role: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Location: The role will be based in South West London.
Rate: £275-£325 p/d depending on experience
Duties:You will be initially dealing with procurement and package management but also seeing this project through to completion

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years experience and have worked for a Top 20 contractor or developer with new build commercial or residential experience.
