Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required by a reputable Main Contractor to work on a £12m 53 Unit RC Frame development in Croydon. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on this 60 week project, with project being delivered over 6 blocks. Quantity Surveyors will be expected to work with minimal guidance, conducting Procurement and Sub-Contractor Management tasks. Quantity Surveyor’s will be reporting to Contracts Director, with travel to head office and site expected. Quantity Surveyors will be expected to have operated in a Main Contracting environment, experience with RC Frame projects and have strong negotiation skills and have worked on a project from procurement through to final accounts. In return, Quantity Surveyors will be working with a business that prides itself on staff retention and delivering top quality workmanship on projects with long standing clients.

Quantity Surveyor - Key Skills

  • Degree Qualified or Similar Relevant Qualification
  • RC Frame experience
  • Sub-Contractor procurement experience
  • Final Accounts experience
  • Preferably 4+ years’ experience in a Main Contracting environment

Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits

  • £55,000 - £60,000
  • Travel Expenses
