Project Quantity Surveyor

Looking for a strong Project Quantity Surveyor to work for a Tier One contractor on various New Build and Refurbishment projects up to £30m in Central London!

I urgently require a strong Project QS to work on various projects valued up to £30m in across a range of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a Tier One Main Contrator on major projects with a great duration and a solid pipeline of work.

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: The role will be based in Central London

Rate: £300-£350 p/d depending on experience

Duties:You will be initially dealing with procurement and package management but also seeing this project through to completion

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years experience and have worked for a Top 20 contractor or developer with new build commercial or residential experience.

Duration:There is a long duration for this contract and also the possibility of temp to perm
