Exciting opportunity for an Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a £15m CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit out project in Central London!

I am seeking a Project QS to work on a £15m CAT A & CAT B fit out project for a Top Tier Main Contractor.. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long term role within a Top Tier established contractor with a solid pipeline and good client base.

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor.

Location: The role will involve being based in Central London

Rate: £300 - £350 p/d for the right candidate

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Manager and working within the site team

Duties will include -

  • Variations
  • Valuations
  • Payments
  • Cost-reporting
  • Final accounts
  • Site meetings

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have come from a Top 20 main contractor / developer background, preferably with previous fit-out experience and with a minimum of five years experience

Projects: Fit Out

Sectors: Commercial - Build

Values: £15m

Duration: There is a long duration for this contract and also the possibility of temp to perm

Start: Immediate
