Project Quantity Surveyor, Clevedon.

A unique opportunity to join a small established practice who provide costs and project management advice across a diverse client base. From restoration to new builds, working on retail, industrial, office and residential projects ranging within £50,000 to £50 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Project Manager with the successful delivery across multiple sectors and be comfortable to deal directly with the client when necessary.
  • Responsible for project financial management, negotiating orders with sub-contractors, project valuations, and client interaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent financial project management skills, a strong commercial acumen, great customer service and communication skills, and above all you must be a team player.
  • Preferably you will hold a Quantity Surveyor or Construction degree, or be experienced in Quantity Surveying. You must be familiar with Microsoft, project management and financial management software.

In return the Project Quantity Surveyor will receive a salary between £45,000 pa- £50,000 pa, as well as 25 days holiday and a supportive working environment and career development opportunities
