Seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a team of highly experienced Surveyors with an Award Winning Contractor. This Contractor is nationally recognised, and will give you the opportunity to progress into a Senior Role with fantastic support and training at each step, allowing you to reach your full potential.
Projects consist of Commercial & Education and Defence ranging from £2 - £30 million. It's diverse portfolio of projects allow you to experience a wide range of projects and broadening your skill set. With its fantastic training scheme in place, you are fully supported in your role and encouraged to aim for your next step in your career with them. .
- Previous experience as an Project Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor
- Project experience in Commercial, Education or Defence
- HNC / HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is desirable but not a necessity
- Ability to manage a project up to £6 million as commercial lead
- Highly Organised
- Good negotiation skills
