Your new role
This role is largely based around building a website through which local services can log maintenance requests, for example minor repairs. This will be ensuring that maintenance requests are organised for a more efficient service which will ultimately ease some of the team's work. A key aspect of this would be engagement with stakeholders, for example boards, schools and internal teams, to ensure that needs and requests are understood. The post holder will then be translating findings and producing a website with project request forms which can be used to streamline these requirements. Another key aspect of the position will be creating a file sharing system through which the team are able to store and share information.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent digital skills
- Highly skilled in both internal and external communications
- Ability to capture and summarise information, making long explanations short and simple
- Knowledge of tenant/landlord relationships would be desirable
- Ability to hit the ground running within a new team
