Project Manager – Business & Technology Change

Location: Flexible (Sheffield / London / Manchester / Remote Hybrid)

This is a hands-on role in a maturing change function, where you’ll shape how things are done and build a reputation for getting things over the line.

You’ll Do:

Lead and deliver change projects from planning through to completion.

Work with senior stakeholders across multiple locations to create clarity and alignment.

Own project plans, risks, dependencies and delivery timelines.

Bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment and help build delivery foundations.

Support integration work across platforms, processes, teams and client journeys.

You’ll Bring:

Experience delivering end-to-end change projects in a fast-moving environment.

Financial Services or regulated industry background, or ability to adapt quickly to one.

A balance of business change and tech awareness — confident asking the right questions.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving forward.

A collaborative, relationship-focused approach — showing up and taking ownership.
