Description

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Are you a master of coordination and communication, ready to take the reins on multiple client projects from concept to completion? We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager who can bring structure, precision, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to an expanding portfolio.

You’ll be the linchpin between clients, internal teams, and suppliers, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and with the highest standards of quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment and wants to be at the heart of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects
  • Coordinate with sales, design, operations and external stakeholders
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Handle all project-related client communication with professionalism
  • Ensure any changes or risks are addressed quickly and proactively
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycle
  • Drive process improvement and contribute to project strategy discussions
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-focused with excellent time management
  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising on quality
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, project tracking software, and CRM systems
  • Experience within landscaping, signage or street furniture industry is highly desirable
