Supports key transformation and change management programmes and are a key interface between officers and programme framework

Including the: planning and scheduling of projects; data collection and analysis; the production of management reports; budget monitoring and supporting stakeholders and customers.
Applies and contributes to gathering data for statutory returns and other research based intelligence.
Improves service area with continued improvements.
