About the role:
Network Rail are currently looking for a Project Manager to manage a team of Scheme PM's and Learning Designers working on the 'Role based Capability Programme' valued at £10 million. The 'RBC' Programme will be working on the Safety Critical training to the maintenance staff in Network rail. Your main duties of the role will consist of reporting directly to the programme manager, dealing with key stakeholders and playing a key part in insuring the governance of documents is up held. A key part of this role will be helping secure more funding for future projects hence the reason for experience with investment papers.
- Relevant experience in the successful management of major and complex change projects.
- Experience of applying project methodologies
- All grip stages /railway industry experience
- Experiences with managing cross-functional virtual teams to deliver change projects, where appropriate.
- Experience with investment papers
- Educated to degree level
- Member of project association
- Commercial and financial awareness
