Responsibilities of the successful Electrical Project Manager within water & wastewater treatment include:

  • Managing a package within the project
  • Liaising with the client Working in the office alongside the design team
  • Ensuring health and safety is adhered to
  • Ensuring a quality finished product
  • Ensuring the project runs on a programme
  • Managing a site team
  • Toolbox talks with an Assistant Site Manager and Sub-contractors reporting into you
  • Ensuring the project is delivered on budget
  • Be able to produce short term programmes

Requirements of the successful Electrical Project Manager include:

  • CSCS Managers card
  • First Aid
  • SMSTS
  • Mechanical or Electrical background within water treatment works
  • Must show longevity to previous employers
