A leading digital transformation consultancy, who are rapidly growing due to their ongoing success are looking for a Project Manager to join their incredibly skilled Project Management team. As a Project Manager, it will be your responsibility to lead the Project team in a brand-new greenfield project. This is a highly transactional, scalable and complex project, which needs a Project Manager who can lead their Project team and drive the highest quality of Agile Delivery.
As Project Manager, you will have previous experience managing a team in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, BDD and TDD and adapting your Agile approach to each project you've worked on. In this Senior Project Manager role, you will be responsible for working closely with your client and so a skilled communicator would be key for success in this role.
Project Managers are responsible for ensuring your Scrum Master and delivery team are conducting the Agile ceremonies efficiently, impediments are managed and risks are minimised. You must ensure your team feel empowered at all times and are supported where necessary.
