Project Manager

This is a great opportunity to join our ever evolving, highly successful Change function.  We are looking for someone to deliver change through ‘best in class’ project and change management.  You will lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-functional change projects which is key to meeting strategic objectives.

You’ll be responsible for the end to end project lifecycle of operationally focused projects.  You will be defining project scopes, objectives and visions as well as forming timelines and creating a governance structure; ensuring projects are managed in the right way and that processes for decision making is correct.  

You will ensure new products are fit for purpose and most importantly enabling and encouraging better engagement and ways of working for the future.  

The person we are looking for:

  • Someone with knowledge of both project and change management and knowledge of associated best practices
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders
  • Capability of leading the definition of and adherence to an effective governance framework
  • Highly resilient
  • Excellent influencer, communicator and facilitator
  • Experienced in leading complex projects / programmes with multiple stakeholders
