Project Manager (Company Integration) - Salary C£50,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Based: Berkshire with travel

Our client are a dynamic Medical Equipment and Managed Service supplier to the NHS and private hospitals. They have recently completed the acquisition of another business and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the integration of the two businesses alongside the existing project management team to ensure end to end delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running all Project plans, controls, resource plans and requirements
  • Ensures that activities are in place to prepare the business's for integration
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders effectively enabling change to be implemented correctly
  • Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies
  • Lead and define Project Initiation Document ensuring solutions support company goals
  • Analyses Problem & Opportunity Statements and prepares estimates for approval
  • Support the creation of a Financial Business Case
  • Track and report on project costs ensuring completion within allotted budgets
  • Build, maintain a positive working relationship with Stakeholders across multiple franchises
  • Ensures that all services and products required for project delivery are acquired
  • Manage the implementation of architecture outcome so that the design and components are in line with the Bank's approved repositories including; use of standard catalogues, models, inventories and patterns
  • Remain confident engaging at various levels in a style that ensures a clear insight for stakeholders regarding project progress and goals

Essential candidate Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced PMO - Managing & tracking of project plans, flash reports, MS Projects, RAID
  • Have experience of working on a complex transformation project
  • BA / project management skills - as will need to deputise for work stream lead
  • Strong understanding of all MS Office, MS projects, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Communicate fluently - written and verbal, at varying levels of seniority
  • Commitment to collaborative work, and ability to motivate and encourage others
  • Practical commitment to a collaborative approach to service development
