To be considered you will ideally have experience working as a project manager/account manager at another agency where you will have delivered end to end projects that have included an element of strategy, creative, production and digital. However, candidates from in-house backgrounds will be considered if they can demonstrate their marketing expertise and ability to manage projects from inception through to completion.
You will be leading and managing a wide range of projects, both large and small, as well as managing tasks as briefed, and all whilst working in new and innovative areas of marketing across different teams. You will act as an interface between the client and the agency providing professional advice on all aspects of the projects, from inception through to completion, ensuring efficiency and a great client/agency relationship by being a trusted advisor.
This is a cross functional role within the agency and so strong communication and relationship building skills are essential. The environment is fun and fast paced and has a great 'buzz' about it so you'll need to be a passionate and energetic individual with a proactive approach who can multi-task and work well under pressure.
