You will be working as a Project Manager in Leicester on a Permanent basis for a public sector organisation.
Your new role
You will be working as a Project Manager within this organisations Estates Department. Your role will see you work as the client side PM, liaising between the organisation and the construction teams on their new build projects as well as their refurbishment and maintenance projects. You will be required to occasionally survey the condition of the buildings to update the PPM log. Understanding of CDM, NEBOSH, AutoCAD will be an advantage, but not essential as the organisation are committed to developing their staff and will support training throughout your career.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have experience working within a PM role, ideally with experience running multiple small to medium sized refurbishment projects. Due to the nature of the organisation you will need to pass security clearance.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be paid an annual salary between £38k and £42k, with loads of extra benefits like £100 per month car allowance, 50p per business mile, you will start on 25 days holiday growing to 30 after 5 years, flexible working hours are also offered, on-going training as well as a career average pension.
