Project Manager

A growing business based near Chichester, West Sussex is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the delivery of key transformation workstreams that directly support the strategic growth ambitions of the company. Working as part of a programme team, the Project Manager will ensure the projects deliver the agreed benefits to time, cost and quality.

Key deliverables of the Project Manager include:
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate project plans and tracking against key milestones
  • Actively manage change, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (CRAID)
  • Actively liaising with other project managers and IT colleagues to manage any project inter-dependencies
  • Keeping robust financial control of project spend and taking appropriate action when exceeding budget
  • Ensuring any change is embedded in the business with end users
  • Informing project board and key stakeholders of the project progress in accordance with governance and reporting cycles
  • Producing any required deliverables associated with project delivery
Ideally having a Prince 2 or similar qualification the successful candidate must be able to demonstrable a track record of successful project implementations through the full project lifecycle with experience of working on transformation programmes and knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodology.
