Project Manager

To deliver change and process improvements and associated management information.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the project manager for business oriented projects - coordinating resources across the

business as appropriate;

• Ensure project management methodologies and template documents are adopted and


• Build required Project Plans for internal and external use in line with Pepper templates and


• Produce overarching reporting / MI on projects and tracking of progress;

• Track progress on assigned Projects and report out to sponsor / stakeholders as appropriate;

• Create and maintain action trackers for projects

• Create and maintain risk registers for projects

• Create and maintain meeting Discussion and Action Points;

• Co-ordinate internal and client facing project meetings at appropriate frequencies for topics


• Provide support to project SMEs as appropriate

• Draft new or amend existing Policies and Procedures as required in order to meet the

requirements of new/updated regulations / legislation, obtaining relevant approvals, implement

and rollout under direction from the Director of Projects;

• Support actions to embed a regulatory culture within the business

• Fully adheres to all procedures and standards for the role

Risk Management:

• Proactively and effectively manage the Risks allocated to assigned projects;

• Monitor project risks and maintain controls within agreed tolerance levels

Corporate Development:

• Support the Director of Projects and other Senior Management in business development

activities with potential clients, as required;

• Prepare any support materials, analysis or reports required for corporate development efforts;

• To act as a subject matter expert, supporting client acquisition and retention activities
