Newcastle Strategic Solutions Limited (NSSL) is part of the Newcastle Building Society Group and is dedicated to the provision of outsourcing for financial services.
NSSL Business Transformation are responsible for the delivery of the NSSL corporate objectives, regulatory requirements and implementation of new client contracts.
The function is responsible for the onboarding of new clients, the management of projects and change with existing clients and business improvement within NSSL. We aim to create better ways of doing business with our Clients and improve the customer experience.

Role Summary

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team and make a real impact. This role will be instrumental in driving change within our business to enhance our client proposition.
As Project Manager you will drive solution definition and project direction. Supported by a team of business analysts and a project support officer you will deliver key IT and business projects and change.
Within this varied role you will have stakeholder engagement at the heart of your approach and be able to navigate your way through project challenges to deliver the best outcomes for both internal and external customers.

Skills and Experience

As an experienced project manager you will have successfully managed and delivered corporate projects. Your stakeholder management skills will be second to none through your experience of providing challenge and guidance to business areas.
Sound knowledge of project methodologies is a must and any Financial Services knowledge would be advantageous.
