Our client specialises in supplying a wide range of sign and display products, to the highest quality standards, using the latest technology and the best materials for the project. Established in 1990, they are a hugely successful family run business. Their services include surveys, design, manufacture, project management and installation - providing a one stop sign service for their customers. Typically their clients are in facilties management, MOD, education, local government, health care, construction and transport.
Due to growth they are looking to recruit an Estimator/Buyer/Project Manager. . The role is office based and will involve a full 360 degree project management approach. In this role, you will be reviewing sales enquiries, sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, securing contracts and purchasing. You will oversee projects from installation through to final customer invoicing.
You will be:
- Taking enquiries for customers and sales executives as well as pro-actively looking for new client opportunities
- Sourcing products, negotiating prices with suppliers
- Securing contracts and agreeing terms with client
- Raising purchase orders with suppliers
- Project managing from start to finish
The right person for this role will have good project management experience and skills (no qualification required), the ability to cost out a project and strong negotiation skills you will receive a good basic salary, plus discretionary bonus and pension. There will be extensive product training.
