About the role

To be responsible for planning, organising and managing application service delivery projects, which exceed customer expectations and to be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timescales, scope, quality standards, processes and cost.

About you
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Ability to manage Technical, Product & Commercial relationships.

  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, key stakeholders and staff

  • Evidence of managing external client relationships alongside the ability to attend workshops with customers or prospective customers

  • Evidence of managing multi location stakeholders who may be across multiple timezones.

  • Significant project management experience in Financial Services, Software Implementation or Consultancy.

  • Project Management accreditation (PMP, PRINCE 2, AMP)

  • Flexibility with the ability to travel as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Self-Starter with the passion and energy to succeed through leading the initiative and driving/motivating the resources that work on the project.

  • Ability to be a problem solver, undertake thorough analysis, and drive the project forward through appropriate solutions (demonstrating good conflict resolution skills).

  • Outstanding organiser who is able to structure the project, its activities and priorities.

  • Excellent softer skills with which show an organisational maturity, determination, high integrity, ability to empathise within the project and a cool head under pressure.

  • Knowledge of Data Migration IT Projects
